Are there any conditions that I need to meet to become a member of Dijomaa Sdn Bhd?

Is there a fee to become a Dijomaa member?
There is a fee of RM10 to join as a Dijomaa member. There is no hidden costs or charges.
Can a company join as a member of Dijomaa Sdn Bhd?
No, according to the Direct Sales Act 1993, only individuals are allowed to register as direct sellers and join direct selling companies as members. Therefore, companies are not eligible to become members of Dijomaa Sdn Bhd.
How do I cancel my Dijomaa membership?
If you wish to cancel your Dijomaa membership, simply contact our customer service team and they will assist you with the cancellation process. Please note that any rewards or bonuses earned through our referral program or other promotions may be forfeited upon cancellation of your membership. Additionally, any personal data you have provided to us will be handled in accordance with the requirements of Act 709 and its regulations, as well as our own data protection policy.
Can I buy Dijomaa products without creating an account?
At Dijomaa, we understand that not everyone may be interested in becoming a member. However, we do offer a guest checkout option for those who prefer not to create an account. We do encourage you to consider becoming a member as it comes with perks such as lower prices and access to exclusive promotions. But ultimately, the choice is yours and we respect that.
How long does it take to process and pack the orders?
Our team normally packs the orders within 3 working days upon the system receiving orders.
Are delivery charges included in the product price?
No, delivery charges are not included in the product price. The amount varies depending on the weight and will be shown upon checking out the cart.
How long does it take for the products to be delivered?
For East Malaysia, it takes 3-7 working days to arrive. For West Malaysia, it takes 5-14 working days to arrive. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control.
How do you ensure that the products I order will arrive in good condition?

This means we are subject to the provisions of Act 709 and the regulations made under the direct sales category. What is your company's refund policy?
We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and you may need to return or exchange a product. Our refund policy allows for a 90% refund of the actual price paid, while 10% is kept as administrative charges. The deadline for initiating a return or exchange is 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days, we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges. Please note that any delivery charges incurred by the return of products shall be borne by the customer.
What are the conditions for products to be returned or exchanged?
Products returned for a refund or exchange must be unopened, in good, marketable, and sealable condition.
